Longtime Adidas collaborator Neighborhood is back with another project, this one bringing in Taiwanese retailer Invincible. The three-way collaboration, an Adidas NMD R1 decorated with icons from each of the contributors and tiger embroidery on the heel, releases first on Nov. 24 in sizes from 4 to 15 for $199 at Invincible.
There's a wider releasing coming for those outside of Taiwan, too. According to a press release from Adidas, the shoes will be available at global Consortium accounts on Dec. 29. In the U.S., this includes Addict, Bait, Barneys, Bodega, Commonwealth, Concepts, Cream, Dover Street Market, Juice, Kith, Nice Kicks, Packer Shoes, Proper, RSVP Gallery, Shoe Gallery, Sneaker Politics, Social Status, St. Alfred, Ubiq, Undefeated, Wish, and Xhibition.
Usually Adidas sneakers like this release at Consortium partnered accounts a week after their initial release, so the December date is a confusing one.
Neighborhood's first Adidas collaboration, a Superstar design celebrating the shoe's 35th anniversary, released in 2004.
